ROBOTIC WELDING CELL – IES-RA-605
The Robotic Welding Cell is an advanced industrial training platform designed to demonstrate automated arc welding processes using a robotic manipulator integrated with a MIG welding system. The system replicates modern robotic welding environments used in automotive manufacturing, fabrication industries and heavy engineering production lines. The training system integrates a six-axis industrial robot with a MIG welding power source, wire feeder, robotic welding torch, robot controller and teach pendant. The robotic welding cell allows automated welding of different joint configurations including butt joints, lap joints, T-joints and V-groove welds.
