KEY TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Chassis Dynamometer System

The Full Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) Anatomical Working Car Platform is an educational training system designed to demonstrate the architecture and operation of a strong hybrid passenger vehicle. The platform represents a real hybrid vehicle structure with exposed or transparent panels that allow clear observation of mechanical, electrical and electronic subsystems during operation. The training platform integrates an internal combustion engine, electric traction motor, hybrid transmission and lithium-ion battery system to demonstrate hybrid propulsion principles. Students can observe the interaction between the engine, motor and battery during different operating modes including electric drive, hybrid assist, engine operation and regenerative braking.
