The 2–Wheeler Electric Vehicle Drivetrain Training Setup with Mechanical Loading is a live experimental platform for hands-on training, testing and performance analysis of electric two-wheelers (E-Bikes). The system integrates a BLDC hub motor, configurable motor controller, power module, mechanical loading dynamometer and data acquisition software on a common motor-generator frame for safe, modular operation. Real-time monitoring of voltage, current, speed, torque, power and efficiency is provided together with programmable loading and controller programming capability.
