ELECTRO-PNEUMATIC DEMO BENCH -IES-MS-505

The Electro-Pneumatic Demo Bench is designed for academic and industrial skill-development programs to deliver hands-on training in electro-pneumatic systems.
The platform enables learners to design, operate, test, and troubleshoot pneumatic circuits using relay-based logic and PLC control, covering essential instrumentation components such as cylinders, solenoid valves, FRL units, flow and logic valves, sensors.

IES-MS-505

Technical Specifications

Air Supply System – Includes a 1 HP, 50 L twin-cylinder oil-free air compressor operating on a single-phase power supply for reliable pneumatic operation.

PLC Controller Module – CompactLogix or equivalent PLC with 24 V DC operation, equipped with 16 Digital Inputs, 16 Digital Outputs, and Ethernet communication capability.

Pneumatic Actuators – Single-acting cylinder and double-acting magnetic cylinder with 100 mm stroke length and 20 mm bore diameter for controlled motion applications.

Sensors and Switches – Reed switches (24 V DC) and proximity/limit switches (24 V DC, normally closed) for position detection and system feedback.

Directional and Solenoid Valves – 3/2-way and 5/2-way solenoid valves with single and double solenoid operation, manual override facility, and LED status indication.

Manual and Logic Valves – Lever-operated 3/2-way and 5/2-way valves along with pneumatic logic components such as shuttle (OR), two-pressure (AND), and one-way flow control valves.

Air Preparation Unit – FRL (Filter-Regulator-Lubricator) assembly with integrated pressure gauge for clean and regulated compressed air supply.

Instrumentation and Measurement – Pressure gauge with 0–10 bar measuring range and 63 mm dial size for monitoring pneumatic pressure.

Electrical Control System – Pushbutton station with illuminated NO/NC switches, relay station with multiple contacts, pilot lamps, buzzers, and a 24 V DC (4.5 A) regulated power supply.

Workstation and Mounting Structure – Industrial pneumatic workstation with anodized aluminum profile plate (approx. 1100 × 700 mm), aluminum profile frame, wooden work surface, lockable 3-drawer pedestal, pneumatic hoses with fittings, and castor wheels for mobility.
