The Analog Sensors Demo Bench-Analog is designed for academic and industrial skill-development programs to provide hands-on training in industrial analog sensors widely used in process automation. The system enables students to configure, calibrate, interpret, and troubleshoot analog sensors operating on industry-standard signals such as 4–20 mA and 0–10 V DC. The trainer helps learners understand the principle of operation, specifications, selection criteria, characteristics, and connectivity of different process sensors.
