HEAT EXCHANGER CONTROL TRAINER – IES-PCI-414

The Heat Exchanger Control Trainer is designed for academic and industrial training to study heat exchanger dynamics and closed-loop temperature control using PID control strategies.
The system enables hands-on learning with shell & tube or plate heat exchangers, allowing learners to analyse process temperature behaviour, step response, transient characteristics, and controller tuning. It supports integration with PLC/DCS/SCADA systems for advanced automation training.
