SENSORS DEMO BENCH-ANALOG – IES-EC-708

The Digital Sensors Demo Bench is designed for academic and industrial training to provide hands-on exposure to digital sensors used in modern automation systems. The workbench enables learners to study sensors producing binary (ON/OFF), pulse, and frequency outputs, commonly interfaced with PLCs, counters, indicators, and industrial controllers. Students Learns practical skills in sensor configuration, calibration, signal interpretation, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting.

Proximity Sensor Set – Training setup including inductive, capacitive, photoelectric, and ultrasonic proximity sensors for studying different industrial sensing principles.

Inductive Proximity Sensor – Industrial 3-wire sensor with PNP/NPN selectable output, used for detecting metallic objects without physical contact.

RPM Sensor with Digital Indicator – Non-contact speed measurement sensor with digital display for monitoring rotational speed of moving parts.
